Mini Session Terms & Conditions

Payment must be received within 20 minutes of scheduling your session. After 20 mins, your time slot will be RELEASED. Once payment is received, you are booked and secured for your date/time and an email confirmation will be sent from Mimi Nguyen.

Full payment may be made via Venmo to @msmiminguyen (3434). If payment is made with a credit card, a fee of 4% will be added & charged separately.

Mini Sessions are non-refundable due to limited availability, however, may be rescheduled to an available date and time slot within 24 hours.

Turn around time for Mini Session images will be 12–14 days from session date.

By booking a Mini Session, it is understood that any and all images are owned by Mimi Nguyen and copyrights remain the property of Mimi Nguyen. Client's rights are limited to personal use and images may not be sold or used in advertising unless otherwise specified by Mimi Nguyen.

Personal use includes, but is not limited to, use within the following contexts:

• Photos on Client's personal social media pages or profiles; or
• In personal creations, such as printed photos, scrapbook or personal gift; or
• In personal communications, such as a family newsletter, email, or holiday card.

Clients understand and agree their images may be used by Mimi Nguyen for business purposes. This may include promo pieces, website use, social media use, or any advertisements.
